Sharing how I successfully reshaped my once totally difficult face shape with three types of facial contouring

For reference, I had three types of facial contouring surgery (cheekbones, long-curve jawline, and chin). Because it wasn’t a small surgery but a major one, I had some really intense moments of regret while recovering. For the first 3 hours after surgery, once the anesthesia wore off, my entire face hurt. If someone says it doesn’t hurt, that’s a lie.. If someone says they had facial contouring surgery and it was bearable at first, that kind of review was probably just written falsely by someone who has never had the surgery.. There’s no way it doesn’t hurt.. In the beginning, it hurt so much I couldn’t even cry.. And they said breathing properly helps the anesthesia wear off faster, so I focused hard on breathing. Since it was general anesthesia, you also have to expect throat pain. Whenever I was in pain or couldn’t sleep properly, the staff and nurses took turns checking on me. Maybe because of the pain, I reacted sharply and acted kind of.. sensitive, but they accepted everything without complaint, so I felt really sorry. I guess pain brings out a person’s true nature;;.. Anyway.. I kept trying to force myself to sleep when sleep just wouldn’t come. When I was discharged, they removed the drains, and that wasn’t exactly painless either. From deep inside my gums, the tube came sliding out, so there was no way it wouldn’t hurt.. Still, thankfully, they told me the surgery went well. I couldn’t tell my parents, so I asked my younger sibling to come as my guardian. They watched the CCTV throughout the entire surgery, booked accommodation near the hospital and stayed overnight, and apparently kept worrying about me the whole time, unable to settle down.. I felt sorry And it was a bit hard to hold my neck up. It felt like I couldn’t put strength into it the way I wanted? I was always careful when lying down and walking.. Only after I got home did I start to come to my senses a bit. When I saw my sibling’s face, I felt so sad I got choked up.. Then I drank the New Care the hospital gave me, took my medicine, and fell asleep. After that, I got better little by little, really slowly, day by day. The tight feeling in my teeth also improved as the days went by, and by day 7, I could open my mouth enough for about one finger? That’s when my craving for food got really strong. But I couldn’t eat whatever I wanted, because I was worried it might catch on the stitches inside my mouth.. Still, gargling became easier than at first, and before that it would dribble out, but from the one-week mark, the amount leaking out decreased a lot, and overall I gradually changed into a condition where I could think, ‘This is okay.’ Of course, the bruising was still yellow, and sensation felt like it had returned about 30% compared with the very beginning. Oh, for mouthwash, I recommend the purple Listerine haha Listerine suited me better than regular Garglin. It felt much fresher, I guess. And after all the stitches inside my mouth were removed, I could immediately see the swelling going down with my own eyes. I also started to feel a tingling sensation in my facial muscles. Thinking about it now, maybe it was because the muscles were moving to fit the bone and the nerves were coming back.. haha At the one-month mark, yawning became much more comfortable than before. Originally you’re not supposed to sleep on your side, but from around day 50, I tried slowly lying on my side to sleep too.. (Of course, I only slept slightly on my side on a very soft surface.) I could eat almost everything pretty well. Of course, I felt slight pressure around the cheekbone area, but even so, about 80% of my facial sensation had returned by then. Now, as if I was never in pain, all the swelling and bruising are gone, and all sensation has returned. The tight feeling in my teeth is completely gone now too, and there’s none of the sagging I was most worried about. Whether I take photos from the front, side, or 45-degree angle, my face has started to look smooth like an egg haha
