Everyone! I had facial contouring 3 months ago, and I’m posting again to share my review with everyone here and also keep a personal record~ (For my journey from the day of surgery through the 2-month mark, including how I got through it and recovery, please refer to my other posts~~~)
This time, I brought quite a lot of before-contouring photos... (My face was really wide from the front.. It was a complex of mine Maybe that’s why I don’t have a single photo I took from the front..)
At first I wondered, even if I get facial contouring, what if there isn’t much change...? haha... But seeing my before photos after a while, my surgery really turned out well ^^...? I’m so satisfied
I was the type whose face made me look heavier than I actually was I’m 165 cm tall and go back and forth between 51 kg and 53 kg, but just looking at my face, I looked like I was about 57 kg...? because my face was wide
Now, even if I’m not an ultra-slim oval face, I feel like I’m within the normal range, so I’m just satisfied~ From the start, the doctor also told me not to expect Karina, and I didn’t wish to look like Karina either. I just said I didn’t want to live looking like a flatfish (I know my place well)
From now on, I’m going to record only every month or two to track the residual swelling going down and any sagging~ Still, I’ll check everyone’s comments from time to time!
[3 Months] First, only the sensation in the intraoral incision area under my chin is still slightly not fully back yet, and everything else has returned! I’m curious whether intraoral incisions normally recover sensation this slowly or whether the speed of sensation returning differs by area from person to person
And the residual swelling definitely seems to be going down slowly~ My face feels a little more refined than it did at 2 months I think only I can tell though haha... It feels kind of like I got a dermatology laser treatment..? They say the residual swelling gradually goes down over 6 months, so I’m going to keep watching it
Opening my mouth and eating are now the same as before surgery! Looking at my pre-op photos... I just think I should have done it sooner, why did I only keep worrying for so long... Still, everyone, I hope you do lots of in-person consultations and online research and make a choice you won’t regret!!!
