First of all, rather than wanting a flashy nose, I just wanted to improve my shortcomings a bit, so I looked around, and after seeing reviews of Begin, it seemed like they were good at making it look natural, so I decided! I had a bulbous nose and a very severe dorsal hump, so I wanted to improve that, and I also didn’t want to use an implant, so I had implant-free surgery using septal cartilage + ear cartilage. In addition, I had dorsal hump osteotomy, nostril reduction, and they took fascia from behind my ear and attached a little of it to the nasal bridge. For now, I’m still not sure about the front view because of swelling, but I really like the side view. It already looks natural now, and once the swelling goes down, I think people won’t even know I had my nose done. The aftercare is good too, and the director and consultant are so kind, and the operating room nurses are kind as well. I think I chose the hospital well!!!
