Hello. Before surgery, I got a lot of help from this community, so I’m leaving a review too. As you can see from the photos, before surgery I was a triple-A cup. Now after surgery, I’m wearing a D cup. I was lucky and got the pain-free case, so I only felt discomfort until about day 4 after surgery (discomfort without pain), and after that I was able to go about daily life except for lifting heavy items. My chest circumference was around 78-80, so I worried for a long time that I might look bulky after surgery before deciding to do it, but fortunately I don’t look as bulky as expected, and I think it was a satisfying decision! I’m currently in month 3? entering month 4, and I can do all exercise except lying face down, lying on my side, and chest exercises, so recently I went to get a massage and started personal training again.
