Hello~ I received a lot of help from reading many reviews, so I’m leaving my 1-week review in the hope that it may be a small help to someone else too. Since I’m currently living overseas, I was very worried because I had to go from choosing a hospital to having surgery within a short schedule, but after having surgery with Motiva Preserve, my recovery was fast and returning to daily life was easier than I expected, so overall I was very satisfied. Since it was difficult for me to visit several hospitals in person, I carefully looked through online reviews, and among them I chose a clinic that felt trustworthy. I felt that the director’s aesthetic preferences and direction matched well with mine, so although I originally had one more consultation scheduled elsewhere, I ultimately made up my mind on this clinic and confirmed the surgery date right away. Before surgery, I was worried that I might not be able to have the surgery because of the test results, but after the consultation, hearing that Motiva Preserve was definitely possible made me feel much more at ease. The director recommended a hybrid procedure, but because I remembered that my liposuction scars had lasted a long time in the past, we decided that after removing the accessory breast tissue, they would use that fat to naturally fill only the boundary area between the implant and the cleavage. What I cared about most was “naturalness,” and during the consultation, I used Jennie and Kendall Jenner as reference keywords. I wanted a pretty line when gathered together, and a natural look that would not be noticeable in everyday life. My pre-op specs were: bust 78, rib cage 71, breast base 11.5. The surgery was scheduled for the afternoon, and I thought the 8-hour fast would be the hardest part, but it was surprisingly manageable. On the day of surgery, I didn’t have severe pain thanks to the painkillers, but lying flat on my back with my back completely against the bed was a bit uncomfortable, so I stacked two pillows and fell asleep with my upper body slightly elevated. The next day, I went to the hospital for a progress check and care, and also practiced lying flat, which was better than I expected. For about the first 3 days, moving felt awkward and it was hard to use my upper body, but after getting through that period, the pain definitely decreased. For reference, I consistently took Taxen along with my prescribed medication, and it was especially helpful during the first 3 days. From around day 4 after surgery, my condition had recovered a lot, so short outings were possible, and I actually even briefly attended a friend’s wedding. I’m still being careful about lifting my arms high or carrying heavy items, but I can manage light daily activities without difficulty. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy really helped a lot with recovery, and after doing it, my body felt noticeably lighter, which was fascinating. At the 1-week mark, the nurse checked my chest circumference, and it was 83, which was the full A cup I wanted. I’m still not completely used to the compression bra and I still have some recovery left, but after regaining the volume that had disappeared, my confidence has grown and the way clothes fit has changed, so I’m really satisfied. If anyone is hesitating, I recommend starting with a consultation first. If you read reviews and receive a consultation yourself, I think the direction that suits you will naturally become clear. It’s not that there was no pain at all, but it was absolutely not unbearable. Just as I gained a lot of strength here from countless people’s reviews, I hope my experience can be a small help to someone else.
