6-month post-op review I also searched a lot for surgery reviews, but there weren’t many 6-month reviews..!
1. Feel Until month 5, what bothered me the most was that my upper breasts felt a bit hard, but once I reached month 6, they softened a little. Because the feel of my upper breasts hadn’t softened for a long time, I wondered if this was something I’d have to somewhat give up on.. I don’t know how much more the feel will soften, but anyway, time does take care of it. And I was worried because they felt too hard when lying down too, but this also softened very~ slightly along with the upper breasts.
2. Size/Shape The shape is almost the same, and the size feels like it has shrunk by half compared with the breasts I first saw right after surgery. The underwear I bought then is a bit big now. In terms of size, it feels like it went down from D to around B~C. I originally had pectus excavatum, so I developed a Y-shaped cleavage line, but as the feel softens, it feels like it’s gradually getting a little better.
3. Pain You can consider there to be none. Sometimes I happen to lie face down, and then it occasionally hurts or I feel a strong foreign-body sensation.
4. Satisfaction First of all, I’m satisfied because I have more freedom in what I wear, and I like that I’ve gained confidence too. After consulting with the doctor, I decided on what could be seen as a slightly smaller size, but since I have a thin body, I actually think it looks less obvious and good. If asked whether I would go back and do it again, I think I would, because I had stress about my breasts. And I’m satisfied because the shape is natural and pretty too.
