I wanted only lateral and lower canthoplasty done naturally, so I had it done, and I’m very satisfied now. I do feel a little regret that maybe I should have opened it a bit more, but since the look I was going for was natural, I think it would have been obvious if I had opened it more. There’s a lot of talk about the corners reattaching in a D-shape, but I think it’s fine if you open them moderately. It’s a surgery where the degree of eye protrusion is very important. It’s a surgery where it’s important not to get greedy.
