I was debating whether to get lower blepharoplasty later when I’m a bit older, but I ended up getting under-eye fat repositioning, and I think I made the right choice. For about 3-4 days, the swelling extended to around my eyes, but after a week, it improved enough for me to go outside. There was a faint yellow bruise, but it was to the point where it wasn’t noticeable if I applied cushion foundation. The foreign-body sensation and dryness definitely improved after more than 2 weeks. Now the heavy feeling when I touch the surgical area has also eased a lot. The wrinkles that were originally under my eyes can’t be helped, and there is still a slight dark tone from very mild pigmentation, but compared to before surgery, the effect is so good that I’m satisfied with the surgery. Since getting this done, I haven’t heard people say I look tired. I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery at ㄹㄱ(ㅗㅡ).
