I had lower canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty together, and my eyes definitely look longer horizontally, so my impression has changed a lot. Before, my outer eye corners looked kind of closed off, but now they look much more open and defined. What I especially liked was that my eye shape changed without looking noticeably overdone. People meeting me for the first time don’t realize I had surgery and often tell me I got prettier, so I’m even more satisfied.
