It’s been 2 months since my bulbous nose surgery

It’s been 2 months since I had bulbous nose surgery, but I don’t notice any change It does look like there’s still swelling left at the nasal tip, but from the side, the nasal tip is completely round, so I don’t know what’s different from before. I heard bulbous noses usually have severe swelling.. I also had really severe swelling. And they say you have to watch it until 6 months to know, but is it possible for there to be almost no change from before at 2 months? I met a friend, and my friend looked at me from the front and said they couldn’t tell what changed. From the side, you can see it’s higher, but every friend I meet says the front view looks the same
