Before surgery, my large side cheekbones were always a concern. So I decided to have cheekbone surgery, and I had it done by Director Oh Jung-seok at Contour Standard. After surgery, my cheekbones definitely became smaller, so I no longer needed to edit my face shape when taking selfies, and I was able to try full bangs for the first time. I think the happiest thing is that I no longer have restrictions on hairstyles. Right after surgery, it hurt so much and I could not eat well, but at the 6-month follow-up I also had the pins removed, and now that 1 year has passed, I can live normally except that my mouth opens less than before. Before pin removal, I had strange sensations, so I felt very anxious, but after pin removal, all of those strange sensations disappeared. I am very satisfied with the result. People around me often say that it looks like I lost weight and that my face looks smaller. But it turned out natural, so no one notices that I had surgery unless I say it first. The recovery process was very painful and stressful, but even if I went back, I think I would do it again.
