I had rhinoplasty 17 years ago and developed contracture, so I was very worried. I thought I really needed revision surgery now and started looking into it, and it has already been over 6 months since I had revision rhinoplasty at Lowell Plastic Surgery. I wanted to improve my crooked nasal bridge and the nose that looked upturned because of the contracture. I looked into several clinics and had consultations, and it seemed like they had operated on many revision cases like mine, so I decided to have surgery here.
They said that making it slightly lower than my current height would allow the nasal tip to come down, and that using a 3D customized implant would be best to fit the silicone precisely to the nasal bone. I used an Innofit implant. Since my nasal tip had already developed contracture once, we decided to use autologous costal cartilage and fix the nasal tip in 4 places to improve the crooked nose and upturned nasal tip. Director Kim Jae-yoon explained everything in detail like this, so I was able to trust him and proceed with the surgery.
Oh, and since it was revision surgery, I expected the cost to be high, but as in the reviews, I also liked that, excluding the customized implant, there were no additional charges and the cost was exactly the stated revision surgery fee.
From one month after the nose surgery, I received a lot of compliments from people around me, and even now, 6 months later, people around me often tell me that my impression looks better after the nose surgery. I’m grateful to the director.
