I still had some residual swelling until week 3, so I kept diligently applying cold compresses and waited, and by the one-month mark the residual swelling went down a lot! Unless I close my eyes, I don’t think it’s very obvious that I had double eyelid surgery. I hear a lot of people say I made the right choice having the surgery, and I think so too. I’m satisfied because it turned out so pretty.
