I already had double eyelids, but my eyes are protruding and my eyelids have no fat. I have congenital ptosis, and because of wearing contact lenses, one eye became more tired last year and I developed a habit of opening my eyes with my forehead, so I decided to have surgery. Because my eyelids looked sunken, I was told it would be good to do eyelid fat grafting as well, so I had it done together. Even though it was an incisional procedure, people around me say it looks so natural that they wouldn’t know I had surgery unless I told them. However, there is still swelling in the fat-grafted area, so it has become like an inner double eyelid, and it still looks a bit swollen.
