I had multiple eyelid creases, asymmetrical eyes, and no fat above my eyes... My eyes looked sleepy, which was stressful, so I decided to get double eyelid surgery. Since I preferred a natural, thin double eyelid line rather than an overly dramatic line, after consultation I had double eyelid surgery (buried suture method) with an in-out line, plus fat grafting above the eyes. It was less painful than I expected, and I think the swelling went down quite quickly!! People around me also say it turned out well and looks natural, and they ask me to introduce them to the clinic haha The line is not excessive and came out the way I wanted, so I’m satisfied🙏🏻
