Review of my first nose surgery, fat grafting, and chin implant surgery!

My face was very flat and plain, the typical East Asian facial shape, but they explained things while talking about my side profile, facial dimension, and an optical illusion (lol), so I understood right away... While looking at the CT results, they said that if there wasn’t enough length, donor rib cartilage would need to be added, and they said mine was really borderline. Still, I wanted to avoid using donor rib cartilage as much as possible, so I said I’d rather not use it if it couldn’t be done... But later, after the surgery was over, they said they had no choice but to use donor rib cartilage. I felt uneasy, but since they’re smarter than me (?) I just trusted that it was necessary and paid the additional cost. And honestly, I reaaaaally like it... lol I went in not knowing at all whether I wanted something natural-glam, dramatic, or what, but it turned out the look I wanted was natural-glam. When they explained while showing before-and-after photos, it was exactly what I wanted, not too excessive or overdone. I wanted surgery that would keep my original face intact but make it look a bit more refined and delicate, and it really turned out exactly to that degree. Putting everything else aside, I honestly felt that the people waiting at the clinic (?) and the before-and-after photos all matched my aesthetic. Anyway, in conclusion, I like it so so so so so soooo much. My parents were so amazed, clapped, and loved it so much lol Well... it’s only been two months, so no one knows what will happen later or whether I’ll need revision surgery, but I think cosmetic surgery is ultimately something you do while being prepared for revision surgery (though it would be best if not), so I’m living very satisfied with it. Also, they said if I just had my nose raised, it would look like I had a retruded chin because of the optical illusion, and since the other areas were all sunken, the balance wouldn’t be right. So they recommended and proceeded with forehead fat grafting, nasolabial fat grafting, and a chin implant. As for the nasolabial area... hmm lol, it lasted about a month and it feels like all the fat is gone. So I don’t think I’d necessarily recommend it. I was very, very, very, veeeery satisfied with the forehead.
