I had a bulbous nose with a drooping nasal tip and a slight hump, so I decided to have surgery because I wanted to improve it🙂 I went around consulting at several places, but they said my septal cartilage and ears were small, so it would probably be difficult unless I used costal cartilage. Since I felt burdened about using costal cartilage from my first surgery, I kept looking into it and found this plastic surgery clinic! Director Lee Ji-hwan confidently told me that it would be fully possible with just septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I think that made me trust him more. I had custom silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + nasolabial angle correction. I don't like noses that look obvious or flashy, so I hoped it would turn out natural, and it came out so naturally that people wouldn't know unless I told them. I'm really satisfied!!
