I’m obsessive about keeping records, so before my nose surgery, just in case, I took photos of my nose from different angles, and I think I did the right thing If the surgery had gone badly, I wasn’t even going to write a review, but by my standards I’m still really satisfied... Comparing before and after, it’s just amazing that I naturally got a nasal bridge where there basically wasn’t one before Even from below and from the front, it was a nose with no nasal bridge haha... At least from the side it showed a little, but especially when viewed from the front, my nose looked so blunt and bulbous, so it stressed me out a lot When I was looking into clinics, it was hard at first because I couldn’t get a feel for anything, but I thought it was right to study nose surgery to some extent before going to consultations, so I looked into it really diligently Once I went in with some knowledge, I felt that the consultations were much easier too! Of course, when I asked the director and consultant things I was curious about, they answered kindly and explained things in a way that was easy to understand, but there really is a huge difference between going in knowing something and going in knowing nothing.. When looking at reviews, places with a lot of similar reviews saying things like “they made it suit me on their own” or “I had a line I wanted and it came out that way” have a higher chance of being good! If someone says they didn’t have a particular line they wanted, but the director operated well so it suited them naturally, that means the doctor has good aesthetic sense and understands each person’s different facial features well. And if they say the doctor made the line they wanted well, that means they listen well to the patient’s needs and create the desired result I didn’t go to consultations with those standards from the beginning either, but when I looked at reviews of the clinic where I had surgery, there were a lot of reviews like that, you know? I feel like if you set those standards clearly, your nose surgery won’t go badly haha For an accurate comparison, I tried taking the photos at similar angles too My bulbous nose improved, so the width of my nose decreased a lot, and since I got a nasal bridge, I also got the effect of my protruding mouth looking less prominent! I only had nose surgery, but my face itself feels more refined I had 3 mm silicone inserted in the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was done with autologous costal cartilage Honestly, I was really worried about recovering from the autologous costal cartilage, but it felt stiff for about a week and then it was okay For me, breathing because of the cotton packing was harder.. When they removed it, it also felt strangely creepy;; Still, I’m satisfied because my image changed well
