Hi. I’m a man, and I had nose surgery for the first time. Originally, I had an upturned nose and a bulbous nose, so overall it was a pretty difficult situation. I had surgery on the 26th, and right now my nose is wrapped in a bandage, so honestly I can’t really tell…(It’s been 3 days since surgery) Still, one thing I’m sure of is that the upturned nose seems to be gone. Honestly, there are exactly two things that are uncomfortable. Cigarettes and nasal congestion. (I seriously just want to smoke one cigarette....) (But they didn’t put cotton packing in) I hope it turns out well. What I had done was Sleep anesthesia / after nasal CT scan Open rhinoplasty Custom nose implant for the nose bridge Hump correction Length extension Columella (septal cartilage) Use of ear cartilage if needed (They didn’t use ear cartilage, and I had a lot of septal cartilage, so that was enough)
