Nose Surgery Reviews

3-month review of revision rhinoplasty and revision eye surgery at Gift

Even though I had nose surgery, it was done without an implant, so the height of my nasal bridge did not improve, the contour of my nasal bridge was not very visible from the front, and over time my nasal tip sank, making it look bumpy, which concerned me. There was no waiting, so I was able to go straight into the consultation at my reserved time, and I liked that I could have a long consultation with Director Yoo Gi-hyun. While touching my nose, he seemed to carefully assess which areas needed improvement and what nose shape would suit my face. First of all, I’m satisfied that both my nasal bridge and nasal tip have definitely become higher. Even though it is high, the nasal bridge is not too thin, and the angle is not upturned, so it does not look obviously surgical, and people around me say it looks natural! He also adjusted the starting point of the nasal bridge between my eyebrows well and raised it without overdoing it, so my midface does not look long, and I like that both my side profile and front view look more three-dimensional. At first, because it was a revision surgery, I was very anxious and debated a lot about whether I should just live with my nose even if I didn’t like it, or take the risk and have surgery. However, Director Yoo Gi-hyun gave me a very careful consultation, so I decided to have the surgery, and even before going into surgery, I felt more like it would go well than worried, so I lay down on the operating table with a calm mind. The actual result was good too, so I really think I chose the hospital well! If you are considering nose surgery, I recommend having a consultation with the director at least once.
