Review of a revision rhinoplasty reoperation with Director Kwak Jang-wook at Bㅇㅇ Clinic

After my nose surgery 10 years ago, I was looking into revision surgery because my nasal tip had drooped and the bridge of my nose had become crooked, and that’s when I found out about Bㅇㅇ Clinic~ Since I live outside Seoul, once I go there, it means I’m going with surgery in mind, so I had no choice but to be even more careful. I searched intensely afterward through various media like Naver, Instagram, YouTube, etc. haha First of all, because I live outside Seoul, I know how hard it is in terms of cost and time to go back the next day with nasal packing in, so I really liked that Bㅇㅇ Clinic doesn’t use nasal packing and does an intranasal incision? Also, this is just what I felt while making the appointment, but it didn’t feel like a factory-style clinic; it felt like they scheduled appointments according to that day’s schedule without rushing, so I became even more drawn to them haha The representative director was too hard to book, so I passed on him, and I was debating between the two other directors. I was drawn by the merit of him being a university hospital professor? so I only had a consultation. I was worried because the director was young, but unlike other experienced directors who give off that “I’m the best, aren’t I?” confidence, he was calm and good at understanding the patient’s needs haha And with this director, I thought that even if something went wrong, it wouldn’t go as far as life-threatening? haha so I decided to have surgery haha On the day of surgery, the director calmly consulted with me as well, and right after surgery, I had so little bleeding, columella pulling, and bruising that I wondered, “Did I even have nose surgery?” It was fascinating. Oh, since mine was a second revision surgery, I had silicone replacement, columella correction?, cartilage tying, a contracted-nose correction, and functional nose surgery - inferior turbinate resection? That’s what I had done, but I had so little swelling that I could go about daily life the next day. I had no bruising either haha Even when the stitches were removed, I had so little swelling and bruising that I thought, “Huh! What is this?” So far, I like it without any major side effects.
