I have a septal strut in my columella and ear cartilage placed on top (to keep the cartilage from showing), but the redness in my nose still won’t go away and I feel like the skin has gotten way too thin, so I’m looking into total removal. Which places are well-known for total removal..? For now, I’m planning to go for consultations at ㅊㅁ and ㄹㅂㅅ ENT. If the nasal skin gets thinner, can it be restored by using dermis..? How did things end up this bad, sigh.. I’m so scared that my nose might collapse if the septal strut is removed..
