[Rhinoplasty] Fourth nose surgery, silicone removal, nasal bridge color

Because of blood-flow problems from pressure on the nasal cartilage, I got a fourth AS revision at the hospital where I had my first surgery, and they found inflammation, so they removed the nasal silicone. It’s day 22 now... They said they didn’t remove the capsule or scar tissue on the nasal bridge, right? They said they completely removed the inflammation. But my nasal bridge is bumpy, and the protruding area is green? bluish It doesn’t hurt, but has anyone here ever experienced this kind of situation??... The color at my nasal tip also isn’t coming back well. The green color on the nasal bridge doesn’t show up well in photos, so I didn’t upload one. If anyone knows why this is happening, please tell me. This is already my fourth surgery, so I’m so scared. The reason I had AS revisions up to four times is: 1. At the first surgery, there was also the issue that my columella was sticking out too long, but cartilage on the right side of my nasal tip was protruding with an angular shape... Also, my nose felt like it wasn’t mine, it felt tight and firm, it would swell when I was tired, and it kept hurting a little, but every time I asked, they said it wasn’t inflammation. I got medication a few times too, and since the shape was like this, they said they would do AS, so I ended up having a second surgery. Even during the consultation before the second surgery, I kept saying that my nose had a pointed, corner-like shape, and that the highest point of my nose was that corner area, you know?? Anyway, since I was having surgery to change the shape, I thought it would have improved after the second surgery?? After the second surgery, the nose shape itself was pretty, but once the swelling went down, that cartilage was still there, and from the side you could see the angular part, like there was a square inside my nose? From then on, the color of that area gradually became darker too, but when I asked, they said it was pigmentation;;; That area gradually got bigger. In the end, it felt strange, so I contacted the hospital again. I paid 500,000 won? or maybe 450,000 won, and they said they would place dermis over the cartilage during the third surgery and that it would be okay, so I did it... Around a year later? In the end, the color changed and it suddenly hurt a bit, so I urgently had the fourth surgery in early January. As soon as they saw it, they said it needed to be done. But after the surgery, when I met the doctor, they said they had removed the silicone... because of inflammation. (Even during the consultation before the fourth surgery, they said it wasn’t inflammation.) And they said they trimmed a lot of the cartilage that had looked angular. But once the silicone was removed, the tight firm feeling was gone and it didn’t hurt either, so that part is honestly really good. Currently, the discoloration has come back from purple-black to pink-red, but around the area that used to be angular, it’s red and pink. And the nasal bridge is green The reason I kept doing AS was that they said it was a simple correction, they seemed confident, and I never even thought to look for another hospital in places like this. Money was also an issue... And I thought the surgeon who did the operation would know best, so I did it. When I went to get the stitches removed and mentioned that my nose was bumpy, they said they would do a fifth surgery to make it smooth,,,,???? They said they would use donated dermis... haha. I don’t even want to put anything in my nasal bridge... The day before yesterday I texted the manager, and they said the green color on the nasal bridge is because of UV rays and told me to apply sunscreen well. Honestly, I can’t believe it... My face suddenly changed, so I wear a mask every day and don’t even go outside.... What UV rays.... Just in case, I booked consultations at ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ, but my original nose is really low and my nasal tip is extremely droopy too... So I’m scared of total removal, and after getting nose surgery I really heard so many times that I looked pretty.... The sense of loss is so huge. I want to preserve at least the nasal tip, even if it’s low... I really don’t know. I don’t even need a nasal bridge.... Somehow other hospitals might just act like it’s not their problem and charge more, but the first-surgery doctor promised me that if a problem occurred, he would fix everything himself, and even pinky-promised me.... If I do a fifth surgery, he said he won’t charge for that either. He does handle AS well... but I’m also worried it could get ruined if I do it somewhere else, and I don’t know... What should I do? People still get a lot of surgeries at that hospital, it even expanded and moved, and the manager also had a failed case from somewhere else fixed successfully there with a fifth surgery, so why did this happen to me....?
