I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage in September, and my nose is really so pretty, but I was disappointed with the nasal tip, so 3 months later I had revision surgery using one piece of ear cartilage, asking them to raise only the nasal tip Right after surgery, the height was seriously so pretty, but once the swelling went down, it dropped. I went for a follow-up today, and I said the height right after my second nose surgery was so pretty, so I asked them to raise it just a little, but they said we should decide after seeing the progress. Right now my nose has costal cartilage and 1 piece of ear cartilage in it. If I add 1 more piece of ear cartilage, is that too much?!
