I had consultations at two places famous for revision eye surgery, and at one place they said that when lowering the line, to prevent lagophthalmos from getting worse, it might be better to slightly cover it with fat grafting… But my lagophthalmos isn’t extremely severe, and since I originally have protruding eyes, it’s only very slightly lifted? That level, so I wondered if that’s why they recommended fat grafting… But even if fat is injected, doesn’t it get absorbed later on..?
