I’m going around for consultations for revision rhinoplasty, and they told me that cosmetically, I should raise my drooping nasal tip higher, and functionally, I should get surgery for a deviated septum and inferior turbinate hypertrophy? Does anyone know if deviated septum surgery absolutely has to be done with autologous costal cartilage! The doctor said it has to be done with autologous costal cartilage because of septal reconstruction
