There was a medical accident during fat grafting

Hello. Last month, I received a philtrum reduction package and fat grafting. My complex was that my midface was long and I had no cheek fat, and I heard there was one hospital that could reduce the midface (an optical illusion making it look shorter), so I went from Busan to Seoul for the surgery. The surgery to reduce the midface was done as a philtrum package (philtrum + nose), and I found out about the hospital because it was said to be famous for scarless philtrum reduction. The fat grafting was described on that hospital’s website as permanent fat grafting, and they said that once fat grafting is done, it lasts until age 80 and that they had even received a patent for it. Those two things are why I chose that plastic surgery clinic. The total surgery cost was 6.9 million won, but after I pleaded, I received a discount to 5.5 million won. At the time, I was really happy. Without knowing the effect this would later have on me... But a medical accident occurred during the fat grafting. While harvesting fat from my abdomen, a medical accident happened and that area became necrotic... (I learned this much later after going to a university hospital.) When I first learned the condition of my abdomen, the doctor said it was a burn, and then asked me whether I had ever applied hot compresses after surgery, or whether I had secretly gotten an injection in my abdomen without him knowing, or if not, he said maybe it happened because I had been sitting for a long time;;;; (as if saying it was absurd...) Thinking about it now, at that time the doctor should have admitted the medical accident, settled, and sent me to a university hospital... I was foolish too, because the doctor said the surgery went very well and it was not his fault at all... Instead, he blamed it on me... I regret responding so late so much... The truth is, from the beginning, because I received a discount on the surgery cost, I had become the weaker party... After that, burn treatment began at the plastic surgery clinic (though treatment was just disinfecting the wound area and applying medication). The doctor said this burn(?) could be treated in about 3 weeks, so I traveled from Busan to Seoul for treatment. But even after 3 weeks, my abdomen hurt so much that it felt strange (pain severe enough that I could not sleep at night), so I made up my mind and went to a university hospital, where I heard something shocking. The condition of my abdomen was not a burn but skin necrosis; in short, the skin had rotted and I needed surgery (they say one surgery won’t be enough and I’ll need several The treatment period is at least 1 year... and I will be left with a large scar.) Yes... to summarize, the plastic surgery clinic caused a medical accident during fat grafting, and then misdiagnosed it, making me suffer as much as possible. Now the plastic surgery clinic is painting me as an ungrateful person who doesn’t know the favor they did by discounting my surgery cost and performing the surgery. They still do not acknowledge that the surgery was extremely poorly done, nor that they misdiagnosed skin necrosis as a burn... Instead, they even say that if I have surgery at the university hospital, I will be left with a large scar, and that if I am treated their way, they will leave minimal scarring;; When I asked to settle, they jumped up and said they were confident they would win, so I should file a lawsuit. And my surgically altered face still has a lot of swelling even now, one month later... (Before surgery, they said that by one month after surgery, 80-90% of the swelling would be gone...) Maybe because I had surgeries that not many people get (midface reduction, philtrum reduction), my face looks really strange now... My mom looked at my face and said I looked like a monster. In my eyes, my face now looks like a chimpanzee or gorilla type (my philtrum and lips are extremely swollen, and because the nose length was shortened and the nose turned upward, I think it looks that way;) The director says the facial surgery turned out so beautifully(?;) and is acting like that... Also, during a consultation with the director, he said that if he were to settle, this case would remain as a case in a doctors’ community and he would be criticized by many doctors, so he couldn’t do it. (Maybe even if the director knows it was his fault that he caused a medical accident, because of this, he seems determined never to admit it.) I am holding a one-person protest in front of the plastic surgery clinic while complying with the law. The director says he will sue me for obstruction of business... After surgery, my physical condition has gotten much worse (I keep feeling dizziness and nausea), and the weather is getting hotter and hotter, so doing a one-person protest is not easy... The abdominal pain is still there too... I feel so wronged by the director’s attitude that even if I collapse while protesting alone, I intend to keep going until the end. I live in Busan, but because I went all the way to Seoul for surgery, I am sleeping in a motel while doing the one-person protest.
