I had alar reduction done by Director Lim Jung-taek at the former Seoul Queen Plastic Surgery, now Co&Me Plastic Surgery. My friend did it first and kept recommending it, so I trusted them and went ahead with it, and I’m overwhelmingly grateful to my friend.. Even if other people say it’s not bad enough to need surgery, if you always reduce your nostril wings first when taking photos and it keeps bothering you, it’s really a procedure worth considering! If there’s one downside, it’s that the nostril wings do gradually widen a little compared with right after surgery However, since it’s an incision procedure, I’m satisfied that they won’t go back to how they were at first. If I stretch my philtrum long, lift my head high, and look closely, there’s a slight mark? left under the nostril wing, but although it may depend on each person’s skin quality, it’s not noticeable enough to really bother me!
