I had dark spot removal done. When I first made the reservation on Naver, there was a laser I wanted, but the procedure was done with a different laser~ I found out after the procedure that the hospital didn’t even have that laser. As for the wait time for the procedure, I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment that day, but ended up waiting over 2 hours. Somehow I got the procedure done and left, and later I was supposed to go back for follow-up observation, but because I had various complaints that day, I didn’t want to go. But the tone of the staff member who called telling me to come in was really unfriendly. Regardless of how the progress was, it should be obvious that they acknowledge their mistake and understand the customer’s position, but the tone itself was unfriendly.. It’s a clinic I don’t want to go back to.
