After my first nose surgery, I had severe contracture from the bridge of my nose to the tip, so revision surgery was urgent lol.. I was looking around wondering if there was a hospital that could fix this, and I heard that one plastic surgery clinic was good at revision nose surgery. Since I was in a hurry, I made an appointment thinking I should at least go for a consultation first. When I went, all the staff were kind, and the waiting time was not long, so I felt good about it first. And I had my consultation with the chief director, Dr. Im Ji-hong. I told him everything I wanted: I wanted to maintain the height but have it look natural without making my nose look long, I wanted it to look more feminine than now with a slight curve.. lol I also wanted the nasal tip to be rounded, and I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, etc. And he said he could make it work like that lol Wow, I really felt relieved. I booked the surgery without even hesitating lol The contracture is gone, and it seems to have improved into the shape I wanted, so I’m satisfied. It definitely looks more natural than before. Since it was a revision surgery, I felt heavy-hearted, but I’m glad the surgery turned out satisfyinglyㅠㅅㅠ I guess it really had been urgent for me, because after getting it done, I keep thinking I’m so glad I did it lol I still wonder how he managed to fix this, and if you’re considering revision surgery, first, go for a consultation like I did ~
