I had rhinoplasty a long time ago with no implant (ear cartilage, septal cartilage), but over time it has drooped toward the nasal tip, and I also have a bit of a hump nose, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery. I’ve been to consultations at ㅃㄹ, ㄱㄹㄷ, ㅇㅇㅂ, ㅇㄴ, and ㅁㅌㅂ. But only ㅇㄴ said they would do revision surgery again without using costal cartilage; the others said either not to do it at all or that I’d need to use silicone. Please recommend places that are good at natural or naturally glamorous revision rhinoplasty.. And facial contouring would be my first time, but I’m definitely planning to do it, so please recommend contouring clinics too, experts~ Lastly, if I’m only thinking about the results, would it be better to do facial contouring and rhinoplasty separately rather than doing both at the same hospital?
