Hair Loss Bald Spots Are Severe After Minimal-Incision Mini Lifting.. What Should I Do About This Side Effect?

Maybe because I had it done at a factory-style clinic.. It was the head doctor, but after minimal-incision mini lifting, the side effects are severe.. In the scalp incisions on both sides, my hair has not grown back for 8 months, like circular alopecia.. The scar tissue behind my ears is extremely large too.. On the day of surgery, I felt uneasy when they asked me where they should excise I really regret it.. They made big bald spots in my hair and are acting like it has nothing to do with them. Last year, on August 6, 2022, I had mini lifting for the nasolabial folds and jawline.. It has now been 8 months, but my hair is not growing.. The total was 1.76 million won, not a small amount of money, but there is no effect and I only ended up with these bald spots.. (Ah, because the minimal-incision mini lifting had no effect, I kept getting by with laser lifting and eventually this time I had a traditional facelift-midface lift, so my sideburns are pushed back and missing. I also had nose surgery.) I thought there would be no problem because it was minimal incision, but there are such large bald spots on both sides.. They are not very visible behind the ears, but the scar tissue protrudes a lot too. When hair loss progresses around the scars inside the scalp, I tried waiting because I was told it might grow back with time.. but even now, after 8 months, it is still the same and hair is not coming up near the incision area. Didn’t they damage the hair follicles?? Incisions inside the scalp need to be considered carefully!! I was not informed about hair loss as a side effect, and if it is this severe, shouldn’t they refund me and provide treatment???.. I’m scheduled to go in for a follow-up, but for now the manager in charge says there is nothing they can do.. I’m glad I canceled the liposuction I had also booked. This is 100% a surgical side effect, so should I consult a lawyer and file a lawsuit?
