When I had a consultation for rhinoplasty, they said it would be possible without an implant and explained while lifting my nasal tip with a cotton swab. But maybe because they were busy, the waiting time was too long, and the consultation was also very rough. They said septal cartilage would also be possible, but that they would only know after opening it up, and that they might use donated costal cartilage or ear cartilage. For things like this, I wish they would explain while taking a CT during the consultation. Also, I asked about things I was curious about, but there was no detailed explanation about them. While getting a rhinoplasty consultation, I also briefly asked about my eyes, and they said there was no need to touch my eyes, as if they found it bothersome.
