One-week review after breast reduction

From when I was young until now as an adult, the weight from having large breasts put a lot of strain on my neck and shoulders. Because of that, I lived with pain all the time, and it affected my daily life to the point that I couldn’t take it anymore, so I searched for breast reduction surgery on a plastic surgery app, made a consultation appointment right away, and I remember visiting for the consultation. Since it was near Gangnam Station, finding the hospital wasn’t difficult. The waiting room was very spacious, and especially the chairs were large, with small side tables next to the seats where you could charge your phone, so I really liked that. There were also many staff members at the desk, and just as I was thinking that the hospital seemed quite large in scale, I was guided to the consultation room and first had a consultation with the consultant. She didn’t use unnecessarily difficult terms, and she quickly and kindly explained what I was curious about, postoperative pain, the size I could expect after surgery, the surgical process, and so on. After that, the director personally came into the consultation room and briefly examined me, and I was really touched by that. At most other hospitals, when I went for consultations, in most cases I would usually meet the director right before surgery or afterward, but here the director personally took a look and consulted with me, so I felt trust and a sense of responsibility, and I paid the reservation deposit on the day of the consultation. After the surgery, it was a bit uncomfortable having to spend about a day with blood drains attached to both breasts. And the intensity of pain differs from person to person, but for me it hurt so much After taking the medication prescribed by the hospital, from around day 3? I barely felt any pain. From the day of surgery, and especially until day 3, I had swelling throughout my whole body, and from day 4 the swelling started to go down. Now, at one week, most of the visibly major swelling is almost gone. Now that it’s been a week, I was able to remove the bandage and finally check my breasts myself, and I really felt the effect of the breast lift. I’m looking forward to it because I think it’ll become even prettier later, after the stitches are removed in week 2 and the shape settles:)
