I like the bridge of my nose, but the bulbous nose correction at the tip didn’t work, so is there anyone who’s had revision surgery for a bulbous nose? Did you redo the whole bridge too?? If it’s going to be done open anyway, is it right to loosen the adhesions from the previous work and replace the silicone too?? I’m going to Chamin and Kowon this week, but I should ask all these things, right?? If I only do the nasal tip, would closed surgery be okay too...?
