Hi everyone, I’m now at the one-month mark after surgery. I’ll briefly organize and share the reviews I wrote for record-keeping. This is a real review written after surgery with zero paid/no-ads hype—no sponsored review at all—so I’m writing it completely honestly.
First, I’m a Pilates instructor. I have a slim, straight build and almost no breast volume. I live inland, so there are barely any cosmetic surgery clinics nearby, and no one around who can share trustworthy info, so I spent a very long time just searching for a hospital. Then, after narrowing it down for a long time, I made a final decision at a well-known Seoul breast hospital ㄴㅌ ㅅㅇㅇ ㄷㅌ and had my consultation.
I wanted a surgeon who had skill plus extra sensitivity, not just a bigger-chest mindset. I wanted a beautiful breast, not a huge breast. The reason I chose Dr. Park Ji-hoon was that he also caught things like my spine, pelvic tilt, and daily posture habits, and did body-shape analysis. He also designed it considering frontal and side volume after surgery, which was exactly what I wanted.
What also mattered: operating room hygiene system, CCTV, no reusing medical supplies, unlimited postoperative care, 24-hour emergency calls, the doctor checking every progress directly, and more. If you have a consultation, you’ll learn much more than in my review. I’ll keep it reasonably short so it doesn’t get too long.
I’ll share my specs now. 161 cm, 43 kg, chest 67, Motiva Full 400, 375 implant
Post-op day 1: to be honest, I was in pain because of pressure and soreness. I thought, “Oh no, this is bad.” After surgery, the doctor said that because I exercise regularly, my chest muscles are big and firm, and my new breasts are also quite substantial, so I’d probably feel stronger pressure than others. So I was really scared at first. But everyone here… from day two, I was already doing quite fine. I only took prescribed medication and still lived normally day-to-day.
From surgery day through week 1 I wore the boob garment and upper band. With both on, it felt very tight, and I was also breathless and uncomfortable. Even though it’s usually very snug, and with swelling added, it was hard to avoid.
And then this happened—my weight went to 50 kg. I was honestly shocked because it was truly my highest weight ever.
After week 1, in the reviews I saw, some people kept wearing the bob for a long time with a Dorothy bra (75D) + upper band, so I was really worried. Thankfully, in week 1 I changed from the bob to a regular bra (Dorothy bra). Right after I removed the boob garment, the pressure was gone instantly ---- Still, they told me to keep the upper band on for one more week. It was itchy and stifling, but I held on.
After week 2, with the Dorothy bra (75D), I could turn my side and lie down. In week 2, the upper band was also removed, and I could turn over and lie on my side comfortably. I’m definitely an animal that adapts.
It’s only been 3 weeks, yet I’m already this comfortable. Sometimes people said in reviews that they heard a bubbling, blub-blub sound, and I was very curious what that was. Starting around week 2?? it happened every time I moved, apparently. That is said to be a sign that recovery is going well!! So every time the sound came, I felt proud and special.ㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋ
All the after photos I uploaded were taken with Gika!! Every time I look in the mirror, I feel “I’m so glad I did surgery”—it’s so pretty. And when I think it might get even prettier from here, I’m totally stunned. When swelling fully settles and the cleavage lines gather nicely, I’ll write another review.
