Square jaw + chin tip, 2 types of facial contouring, and fat grafting, 3 months later!

My face.. I tried to cover it as much as possible, but before surgery my face was really too long, so it was a complex for me; I’d been thinking that someday I needed to do something about my long face.. and now it’s already been 3 months since I got help from the doctor lol; Somehow my face was long and my square jaw looked angular... it gave a strong masculine feeling, and people said I had a harsh-looking image; When I only looked in the mirror at home, I only thought of contouring surgery with incisions and all that! But when I had a consultation at the hospital, they said my face looked even more angular because I didn’t have facial fat, so they recommended full-face fat grafting, which I hadn’t expected at all~ Of course, that included the square jaw and chin tip that made my face look long lol I had facial fat grafting and facial contouring surgery done by different directors~ They consulted well, and more than anything, even without me saying it, they observed my face carefully and said it seemed like only the lacking areas needed to be filled~ They said there was no need to reduce my cheekbones either, so I didn’t need all 3 types of contouring and that about 2 types would be enough, so I just gave up the consultation appointments I had booked elsewhere and decided lol; General anesthesia.. it was my first time in my life lol; Seriously lol I didn’t know tracheal intubation could make your throat hurt this much lol it was my first time learning that lol; I think doing all these surgeries at once was... the best choice lol; There weren’t any major issues after surgery, and when removing the stitches inside my mouth, I heard it would hurt so I took Tylenol before going, but maybe because sensation was dull then, it only stung a little and hurt less than I expected. But honestly, I didn’t swell massively or anything, so from about 3 weeks? people I know started saying the surgery seemed to have gone really well and that my angular face had somehow become baby-like lol; Now it’s been about 3 months, and I think sensation in my chin is returning faster than expected. On the left side, I have almost all the sensation back.. I really think it varies by person. The right side also feels tingly, so I feel like it might come back soon too lol; When I went for a progress check, the director told me tingling is a good sign, so I felt reassured. With the fat grafting too, my overall impression seems younger, and I didn’t know fat grafting was good for the skin? lol They say as the skin regenerates again now, the skin tone will also improve, so I guess there was a reason everyone gets fat grafting lol; In another 3 months, it’ll be 6 months.. By then I’ll be able to say my sensation has all come back.. lol and live well, right!?
