I got it done in Daegu, and fat grafting really seems less noticeable than I expected. It is not that it visibly disappeared, but I had it done a few years ago and it is to the point that people would not know I had it done lol. If you are going to do facial contouring, do fat grafting together with it, but I do not recommend doing only fat grafting. I had it done overall lol
