My cheekbones were too large and prominent, so while looking into options, I found cheekbone liposuction and got it done. It hurt when they gave the anesthetic injection and injected the medication, but it didn’t hurt much during the procedure. Afterward, they put on a huge amount of dressing, so I felt a little embarrassed going home. Honestly, after getting it done, I’m not sure there was any effect, so I don’t recommend it.. It felt like a waste of money But actually, in my case it may have been more bone than fat, so that might be why. Still, absolutely no one noticed anything at all, so I think there was no effect. If anything, I think things like contour injections were more effective.
