Day 4 after lateral lower canthoplasty

My eyes weren’t exactly small, but before surgery, I always felt my eye length was short and I tended to wear heavy under-eye makeup, so I wanted long, widened eyes even with lighter makeup, which is why I had the surgery. I went for a consultation through an acquaintance’s recommendation, and when I told the consultant what I wanted, she helped me with a detailed and specific consultation. I said that I did not want excessive overcorrection or a sad-looking impression, and rather than a major change from my existing impression, the director did a good job so that I would not lose my original facial appearance. During the surgery, they kept asking whether anything felt uncomfortable haha. Now on day 4, conjunctival edema has appeared only on the left side, and there is almost no conjunctival edema on the right. Even though the swelling is still severe, compared with the before photo, I can see that the eyes have been opened up clearly, so I want to get the stitches removed soon and see how it looks after the swelling goes down.
