I was recommended to have fat removed above my eyes at the same time as double eyelid surgery, so I underwent epicanthoplasty, non-incisional double eyelid surgery, and upper eyelid fat removal. Honestly, I didn’t originally have much fat above my eyes, and the skin around my eyes is also on the thin side, so I wondered if it was a necessary step, but I went ahead with it. I’m not really sure if there’s any particular change.
