Honestly, I did quite a lot of legwork visiting clinics, but there wasn’t anywhere I liked as much as this place. Even the parts that other hospitals just glossed over formally, they pointed out here, and they honestly explained why something wouldn’t suit me, so I actually trusted them more. Especially because they told me things other places didn’t, I thought, ‘Ah, they really have a lot of experience.’ The consultation itself felt very systematic and professional, and because they explained things according to my face, it was easy to understand and accept. It didn’t feel like they were just saying flashy things; I could feel that it was a consultation from someone who had actually seen and done a lot, so this was a hospital I trusted even more.
