I previously had eye surgery from a director who was famous for eye procedures. First of all, the space itself was large, so at a glance it strongly felt like a factory-style clinic. Still, since the director was known to be skilled, I waited, but the consultation wait time was basically long, and the consultant had a strong sales vibe, though she was kind. So I went ahead with the surgery at the time, but after it was over, I was disappointed with the aftercare. When it was done, the anesthesiologist answered so rudely whenever I asked anything.. And what was ridiculous was that my stitches were hanging loose, but the surgery had been finished without even cutting them with scissors. Even now, thinking about it, that was shocking. I asked them to cut them.. The strange thing is, the surgery itself turned out pretty well at the time.
