After getting functional rhinoplasty, the shape is strange, breathing has actually become harder, and I got sinusitis. There is no guarantee that function will improve even if I have removal or revision surgery.. They altered the shape strangely while doing functional surgery, so I'm so annoyed by the fact that I have to redo both the functional and cosmetic aspects.
