It wasn’t like I had absolutely no breasts like a flat chest, but I was an A cup haha I wanted to go up to a size above a D cup, and even at the consultation I said as big as possible!! and asked them to put in the maximum amount they could. In the end, I got 400cc Mentor implants on each side. For reference, my weight was average (probably haha), and my rib cage was also average-sized. When they did the ultrasound at the hospital where I had surgery, they checked the size of the breast pocket and said up to 400cc seemed safely possible, so I went ahead with the surgery. I didn’t know anything and just said I wanted to go as big as possible, but they matched my needs. Honestly, since the implants weren’t small, I thought the feel might be a little disappointing, but as my tissue gradually softened and the swelling went down, they became more natural?? I was really worried they might look too artificial, like bouncy balls, but the cleavage gathers nicely and they feel good to the touch, so I thought maybe I worried for nothing haha The volume looks much bigger from the front too, but especially from the side, the fullness is much more noticeable, and the before and after difference is clear, so I like it haha I had the surgery through an inframammary incision, and the scar has faded a lot because I applied ointment diligently and received aftercare. After experiencing aftercare myself, I realized there’s a big difference between getting it and not getting it, so look for a place with a good program before you go!! After going to consultations, I found that aftercare programs really vary a lot from hospital to hospital. Right after surgery, my throat was a bit dry because of the anesthesia. In breast surgery reviews, I sometimes saw people say it felt like their throat was being torn apart, but it wasn’t that bad for me, just thirsty. Maybe this also varies by person,,? Until about a week after surgery, it’s hard to move your upper body freely. Other people seemed to wash themselves somehow no matter what... but I just held out until I could move ^^! Sleeping sitting up for a few days was a bit uncomfortable too, but if you prop up cushions and sleep at an angle, it’s doable lol And in the beginning, don’t let anything!!! touch your breasts or irritate them My cat stepped on my chest, and it hurt so, so much that I teared up a little. Ugh..
