12 years after incisional eye surgery. Incision takes a long time to settle into place, so you have to steel yourself and wait And people with a lot of fat above the eyes, don’t remove too much. As you get older, the upper eyelids sink in dramatically.. The good thing about incision is that it’s cleaner than non-incisional buried sutures!!
