I got a trendy fat-dissolving injection and now my under-eye area is sunken

You know how a lot of people are getting fat-dissolving injections these days when you look on Instagram and stuff? I had the procedure on the 27th, and right afterward I swelled up a lot, but by evening my under-eye area suddenly looked hollow… I got it in my cheekbones, but my under-eye area ended up sunken. This is insane. The clinic told me to wait, but even after waiting, it stayed sunken. I seriously looked 10 years older in just one day… ha… I work in filming, so I couldn’t just keep waiting, and even if I waited, the hollow under-eye area wasn’t going to fill back in, and it wasn’t going away either. Since I also had an overseas shoot, after about 2 or 3 weeks the clinic said they would cover the treatment area and told me to get treatment at another clinic?
