My nose.. has a slight hump. The surgical method is shaving down the hump (not filing it, but removing bone) placing silicone or AlloDerm on top.. just a little and tying the nasal tip... Usually.. about how much would this cost? The quote I received seems cheap, but also maybe not. . I can’t sleep
