Among the places I went for consultations, this was the kindest and most thorough! They checked my face while placing a ruler against it, set the line one by one from 7 to 11 mm, asked which one I liked, and also gave recommendations. I also found out here for the first time that I had protrusion + asymmetry, and they said they would take that into account and operate to match the symmetry. They also told me I had entropion, which I learned for the first time. Both the director and the consultant were so kind.. It felt exactly like the standard of what a consultation should be? To the point where I wish every hospital consulted like this.
