It’s been a month and a half since surgery.. My mouth wouldn’t close from right after surgery, but back then I thought it was just swelling.. Even now, a month and a half later, my lips are curled inward, and when I relax, a lot of my lower teeth show On top of that, when I try to close my mouth, my lips twist and an orange-peel chin wrinkle forms. Every morning I wake up feeling like my gums are being tightened and my chin tip is stiff... The hospital says it’ll take 6 months to return, but am I supposed to live looking this horrible for 6 months? Will it really come back..? Since 2 weeks after surgery I’ve been getting radiofrequency care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, even LDM, all of it.. but there’s no improvement Today reality hit me so hard that I burst into tears while getting a massage, and I’m posting because I’m curious whether there have been cases like mine. They said I had neither chin-tip advancement nor setback, so why is this happening I can only cry, damn... lol
